After downloading the app, open it and then move it to the applications folder.

4. From the active preset dropdown, you can select any of the predefined presets from the dropdown according to your needs. And in case you want to enable any custom presets, you’ll need Pro version for that. After selecting the preset, you’ll notice the fan RPM change accordingly.
